Jeff was born in Killeen, Texas and raised in South Carolina where he graduated Magna cum laude from Midland Valley High School.  Soon after high school, Jeff enlisted in the US Navy where he was trained as a reactor operator on a fast attack submarine.  This is where his passion for technology began.  Jeff’s career skill set comes from 20 plus years of experience as an IT professional with specialties ranging from desktop troubleshooting to network administration.  The most recent 5 years of Jeff’s career have been in a clinical setting which provided an opportunity to apply his technical background to the dynamic world of electronic health records, patient data management, and associated technologies.  He is a CCNA, MCP, and Nextgen Certified Professional.  In his spare time Jeff enjoys hiking, reading, and physical fitness.

Sarah received her Bachelors of Science in Health Studies Marketing and Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Her hard work and dedication led her to be awarded the Health Studies Outstanding Academic Award while in college, and it has continued to drive her career due to a passion for helping to improving patient care. Sarah has been thoroughly trained on various quality patient care services and currently serves as a physician's liaison. In addition to this role she has the responsibilities of collaborating with the internal team on complex compliance projects, as well as managing various marketing efforts for Dynamic Solutions Worldwide, Inc.
